Fiesta LATINA, the first and only agave beer in the world; a Mexican, innovate, light-flavored, and above all, original drink.
Fiesta LATINA is the result of many years of research and development, its based formula is constituted by blue agave and hops that deliver an extraordinay taste.
Its manufacturing process is one of a kind; slow fermentation in small batches delivers this amazing result: a beverage with pleasant herbal and fruity notes that only agave provides.
WATER
Water is the main compound of beer, that’s why fiesta LATINA verifies its quality through a process of osmosis which allows to maintain the same taste in all our lots.
BLUE AGAVE TEQUILANA WEBER
The agave sugars contribute to the unique and innovative taste of fiesta LATINA with herbal and fruity notes.
Besides this, it provides a variety of health benefits such as:

· High soluble fibre content
· Gluten free
YEAST
The yeast we use is Ale from the UK. It stands out the fruity and floral notes of our beer . Plus, is gluten free.
HOPS
Our hops come from Germany and Czech Republic. The first one provides fruit and spicy aromas with floral notes, and the second has a smooth and nice flavor with floral, earthy and spicy notes.
It also contributes to the stability of its flavor and foam.
The process takes around
30days.
01. SELECTION
The brewing process of fiesta LATINA begins with the selection of the best Blue Agave. It takes from 7 to 10 years to reach optimal level of brix. For every plant we use, we produce around 120 bottles of beer.
02. SHATTERING
Once we trim the leaves from the agave. We shatter the «piñas» in order to get small pieces and make the extraction of the sugar easier.
03. OBTAINING THE AGAVE SUGARS
Agave Juice is deposited in a stainless steel tank in which the temperature serves to brake the chains and transform them into simple sugars.
04. BOILING
The agave juice is boiled, adding water and hops in order to achieve unique and contemporary taste.
05. FERMENTING
In this stage the yeast works together with the sugars to create aromas and produce alcohol.
06. MATURING
Once the fermentation is complete, the wort is allowed to rest for several days in order to accentuate the organoleptic properties of the product.

Appearance
An amber ale – colored with orange and Golden shades. It develops a creamy foam and intense but delicate bubbles.
Aroma
Fruity aromas combining ripe bananas, peach, apricot orange glares and dried fruits such as baked nuts, coffee, chocolate, soy and tabacco. Among shades of floral honey, the sweet agave expresses itself beautifully and powerfully.
Mouthfeel
Light and refreshing, leaving a combination of fruity, nutty, coffee, and chocolate vapors.
